There are no Action Buttons in the Translation Status Page to enter the Translation Editor.
How can I Enter the Editor?

Do you mean to edit the language files in the translation manager? You should normally have access to that.
As you can see in mi Screenshot there are no Icons to Access the Editor. And with this it is impossible for me to access it.
