Translation Bugs (not translatable)

Iǘe tried some Translations today, Thereby three Bugs appeared.

1. In the reactions Section (Admin-Panel) is the Term Emoji not Translatable it is not appearing in the Language File.
2. Under The Order Field is an Variable appearing (reaction.order_help) that can´t be translated because it is not in the Language File. add it under the Help for the Emoji is not working.
3. The Consent for Changing Themes is not Translatable it appears allways in French.

The reactions are not currently integrated into the language system that allows full manual editing. I didn't think it was necessary at the moment, but I can look into adding translations for the emojis that are currently in place.

I think it would only be necesssary for the "r`eactions.order_help": "********",.
